The Nation Publishing Co. Limited ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Capital Media HD mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

Contact Information: When you use the Contact Us form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This information is provided voluntarily and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Push Notification Tokens: If you opt in to push notifications, we collect your device token to send you updates about shows, events, and station news. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage data such as app opens and feature usage to improve the App experience. This data is not personally identifiable.
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the App, respond to your messages and inquiries, send push notifications you have opted into, and monitor and analyze usage trends.
The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:
Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for data storage, authentication, push notifications, and hosting. Firebase may collect device identifiers and usage data. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
SecureNet Systems: Our live audio stream is delivered through SecureNet Systems. Listening to the stream may involve standard server logging by the stream provider.
Your data is stored on Firebase servers secured by Google Cloud infrastructure. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. Push notification tokens are retained until you uninstall the App or revoke notification permissions.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us. You can opt out of push notifications through your device settings at any time. You can stop using the Contact Us form to prevent further data collection.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
